A little trick to cooking bacon in the microwave.
Simply place a thin slice between 2 sheets of absorbent paper and cook it as 1mn to 750w.
The fat is absorbed by the paper and the bacon comes out deliciously crispy.
Ideal for fried eggs with bacon!!!!
